Faith Formation 2023-2024 (Grades K to 9+)

Welcome! We are so glad you are here!  Starting in October 2023, sessions will run on Sunday mornings from 10:40 until 11:40 am (in between Masses).  We will provide families with a schedule in early October. 

When selecting your registration, choose Single ($20) for one child or Family ($40) for 2 or more children in the same immediate family. If you plan to serve as a Catechist for the 2023-2024 year, please contact stmarksreled@bellaliant.com for a coupon before registering. All children are welcome at St. Mark's - if the fee is a challenge, please email us at stmarksreled@bellaliant.com to register. Thank you!

By registering my child(ren) or ward(s), I confirm that I have reviewed St. Mark's Image Consent Policy (below): 

In the course of activities, representatives of the Parish of St. Mark, catechists, volunteers, and/or staff may take photographs or otherwise record events. These photographs and recordings are sometimes submitted to the New Freeman newspaper, or used on the website, Facebook page, or Twitter account of the Parish of St. Mark. Please advise us if you are willing to have your child or ward’s image and voice used by the Parish of St Mark, as indicated below:

I, on behalf of my child/ward, give permission to the Parish of St. Mark to photograph and record my child/ward’s image and voice on still photographs, motion picture film, audio tape, video tape or digital media and to use this material, and/or similar material provided to the Parish of St. Mark by me or third parties involved in parish events, in whole or in part, now and in the future, through the media of television, film, Internet, multi-media presentation, radio, audiotape, videotape, in printed form and display form.

I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the use of the images or recordings or of any written copy. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials. I hereby release, defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Parish of St. Mark, its staff and/or volunteers, from and against any claims, damages or liability arising from or related to the use of the images, recordings or materials, including but not limited to claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or rights of publicity or copyright infringement, or any misuse, distortion, blurring, alteration, optical illusion or use in composite form that may occur or be produced in taking, processing, reduction or production of the finished product, its publication or distribution.

Any personal uses by catechists, volunteers and/or staff outside the uses outlined above are not approved by the Parish of St. Mark and are not monitored by nor are the responsibility of the Parish of St. Mark.
